Meet the Team

Matthew L. Del Valle (President)

Matthew is the current President and Owner of Stan Miller and Associates powered by Proforma. He started in the sales department in 2012 and quickly climbed up the corporate ranks. During his first few years, he displayed extraordinary results, added customer growth, and an outstanding vision for the future. In 2016, he was named Operations Manager, handling large vertical accounts and day to day management. In April of 2018, he officially became the President and Owner of the company. Since 2018, the company has grown exponentially under his leadership and promoted several team members along the way.

Proforma NEXT Executive Leadership

Tia Blackmon (Sales Development Manager)

Tia works as the Sales Development Manager for Stan Miller & Associates, powered by Proforma. Her duties include sourcing, order process coordination, and account management.

Darla Gordon (Key Account Manager)

Darla is a Key Account Manager with Stan Miller and Associates powered by Proforma. She’s been with the company for over twenty years and brings a wealth of industry knowledge. She specializes in mid-size vertical accounts in the non-profit and manufacturing sectors.

McKayla Mathis (Executive Assistant to the CEO)

McKayla oversees the main administrative duties for Stan Miller and Associates powered by Proforma. She facilitates PO’s, OA’s, Invoices, etc. McKayla also operates the creative aspect for the company, working with our graphic team on marketing campaigns and handling various social media platforms. McKayla was promoted at the beginning of 2022 for her instrumental work on company growth.

Karin Arcos (Customer Experience Coordinator - Bilingual)

Karin’s duties involve working directly with customers and facilitating order fulfillment. Conversely, she constructs and operates our Pro Stores Basic sites. With a background in graphic design, she also works in conjunction with our design team, creating new portfolio customer projects. Karin is always ready and eager to assist our valued customers and understands the importance of providing full scale solutions.

Andrea Irwin (CSR)

Andrea handles customer service duties including PO’s, Quotes, Invoices, etc. Additionally, Andrea oversees our freight and logistics department. She also works exclusively with corporate to maintain the company’s various e-commerce platforms.
