Meet the Team

Matthew L. Del Valle (President)

Matthew is the current President and Owner of Stan Miller and Associates powered by Proforma. He started in the sales department in 2012 and quickly climbed up the corporate ranks. During his first few years, he displayed extraordinary results, added customer growth, and an outstanding vision for the future. In 2016, he was named Operations Manager, handling large vertical accounts and day to day management. In April of 2018, he officially became the President and Owner of the company. Since 2018, the company has grown exponentially under his leadership and promoted several team members along the way.

Tia Blackmon (Sales Development Manager)

Tia works as the Sales Development Manager for Stan Miller & Associates, powered by Proforma. Her duties include sourcing, order process coordination, and account management.

Darla Gordon (Key Account Manager)

Darla is a Key Account Manager with Stan Miller and Associates powered by Proforma. She’s been with the company for over twenty years and brings a wealth of industry knowledge. She specializes in mid-size vertical accounts in the non-profit and manufacturing sectors.

Andrea Irwin (CSR)

Andrea handles customer service duties including PO’s, Quotes, Invoices, etc. Additionally, Andrea oversees our freight and logistics department. She also works exclusively with corporate to maintain the company’s various e-commerce platforms.

McKayla Mathis (Executive Assistant to the CEO)

McKayla oversees the main administrative duties for Stan Miller and Associates powered by Proforma. She facilitates PO’s, OA’s, Invoices, etc. McKayla also operates the creative aspect for the company, working with our graphic team on marketing campaigns and handling various social media platforms. McKayla was promoted at the beginning of 2022 for her instrumental work on company growth.

Rob Liddy (Affiliate Manager)

Rob is an Affiliate Manager at Stan Miller & Associates powered by Proforma. He brings years of experience in Business Development with a PPAI Top 100 company. As an Affiliate Manager, he focuses on building strong client relationships and driving new business growth by developing innovative, tailored solutions.

Neal Barrett (Affiliate Manager)

Neal is an Affiliate Manager with Stan Miller & Associates powered by Proforma. He leverages over 20 years of sales experience and business development. With a strong focus on customer needs, he creates effective marketing partnerships that help brands grow and achieve their goals. His commitment to delivering value and building relationships makes him a reliable partner for business success. Neal specializes in the Government, Education, Medical, and Manufacturing vertical markets.

Kassandra Dena (Marketing Consultant)

Kassandra Dena is a relationship-driven sales professional with experience in aviation and startup environments. She combines a strong foundation in education and leadership with a people-first approach to sales, focused on building long-term partnerships and earning trust in complex, high-value markets.

Her background in aviation sales has strengthened her ability to navigate technical products, collaborate across teams, and support clients through thoughtful, consultative engagement. With startup experience, Kassandra brings adaptability, accountability, and a deep understanding of how strong relationships drive sustainable growth and customer loyalty.

Jessica Calloway (Affiliate Manager)

Jessica Calloway is a graduate of Wilberforce University, where she earned her Business degree magna cum laude. With over 30 years of customer service experience, Jessica has built a reputation for delivering high-quality service across multiple mainstream sectors of business. An accomplished entrepreneur, Jessica is the owner of a local business specializing in custom retail items, where she excels at helping consumers and organizations bring their ideas to life through thoughtful customization and solutions tailored to their unique needs. Her passion for personalization and relationship-driven service is at the core of everything she does. Jessica specializes in uncovering client challenges and delivering strategic solutions that drive results and foster lasting partnerships. Through Proforma, Jessica is able to extend and elevate these services at a higher level—expanding capabilities, strengthening partnerships, and creating greater opportunities.

Jon Symington (Affiliate Manager)

Born and raised in Fort Wayne and a graduate of Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne, Jon applies a practical, operations-minded approach coupled with his deep community ties to every representation. His background in transportation and supply chain management allows him to see angles that others miss.

Jon focuses on helping businesses make smart, strategic decisions rather than just closing a deal. Whether a local business or large distributor, Jon provides the insight needed to navigate every branding decision.
